GTA 6 map size Overview

Hi, I am Leo from Canada, and I’m a web developer and Blogger. I graduated as a software engineer from Harvard University in Canada. I have created 100+ websites and Right now working as a FiveM script developer with seven+ years of coding experience. This article is about GTA 6 Map size Overview.

Here are details about the Grand Theft Auto 6 map. And we know that the GTA 6 world will be massive. This is version 031 of the gta 6 map size project by ‘Dupor,’ and the team, and a lot was added, giving us more details.

Let’s begin with what was added first

A new area from the trailer’s opening shot to the ampules the correct facility, the sewage treatment plant, the power plant, a lake, air, and then a confirmed road and bridge. You guys can see here that this is happening in Hamlet. Hamlet is a city we learned about or a town from the trailer.

It’s very close to the Gator Keys or the Florida Keys. It was only brought up once, but it reminds me of a Sandy Shores area, like a rundown rural part of the world.

But this is where we know Lucia is locked up At the beginning of the game, at least if Rockstar is shadowing that correctly because, in the opening shot of the trailer. We can actually see the prison in the background. Then, we get a close-up look at the prison, correctional institute, or whatever it will be called. Then we get the shot of Lucia actually inside the jail.

So, we know that the prison is surrounded by a sewage treatment plant or a water treatment facility. It’s also surrounded by a massive body of water. Then, it has a four-lane bridge, two going in one direction and two in the other on Route 40.

South Beach area

Now, the next thing that has been repaired completely is the South Beach area, making it more precise, and that’s something we’ve seen a lot of in the trailer. There will be a ton of buildings that we will be able to interact with and go inside. These might be hotels. These might be businesses or random places we can go inside with interiors with secrets, Mysteries, Easter eggs, and more.

It is one of the most populated strips in the world, being the primary Center of Beach Vice. And Rockstar will have to put a lot of emphasis on this area because only 10% of this map is something we will recognize from the original Vice City.

It’s not because we’re not capable of remembering. That map is probably only about 10% of the size of what GTA 6 is going to be. There is so much more of the State of Florida, Leonida, and Vice City that they can show off here. Still, only a few will carry over from the original Vice City game.

Names of many of those buildings

We know the names of many of those buildings, like the Cordelia, which looks like a hotel. The Seahorse is a restaurant, the Atlantis Hotel is again a hotel, the Hotel Neptune Boardwalk Ocean View Hotel, and the Hotel Dixon. In addition to that, there was also some placement of some buildings that were changed, and some names were updated, too.

New island

And a new island was added based on evidence seen in the trailer: “Star Island.” This feels like a speculative name because we already have Starfish Island from Grand Theft Auto Vice City. If that’s going to carry over, but there are several different islands that you can see.

Some are connected via minor roadways and bridges. Others look like they’re only accessible via boats or aircraft like helicopters, so it will be fantastic to see them.

Little islands

Alongside these vast stretches of cities and houses. There will be these unique little individual islands that might be housing their own secrets. The last thing that was adjusted was the position of the Venetian islands. Again, in the Bayshore area, the Venetian islands, is that one scene from the trailer where we saw the toll booth?

It looked like a pretty bougy and luxurious area of Vice City with big mansions and whatnot. The tennis court and all those Yachts were floating in the water, so it looked like that was a more wealthy area of Vice City.

Map made by Dubesor

Dupur is one of many who have been hard at work here. Another user, Church of GTA, has combined a proof map made by “photo Alouette” and “the speculative” map made by Dubesor. They posted it in a grid format that looks really cool. This is really fascinating.

You’ll find things that carried over from the leaks, something that we’ve been able to confirm from actually watching the trailer, so the map seems to be coming together quite nicely based on what we’ve seen from the leaks and also what we know from the very first official trailer. This sounds like an infomercial, but we’re still going.

3D version of the map

Violet, a user of the GTA platforms, put together a 3D version of the map with lighting. However, no Shadows say they’re working on it. The buildings have depth, but they need to blend together. They messed around with Vice Beach and started adding facilities near the bikini girl shot.

It is rough, although it is still imposing. It reminds me of Roblox. Still, it shows off the Vice Beach area and all the buildings that we can see there. as well as an aerial shot of where the bikini girl was and then a 3D view of the Venetian islands.

Speculation about the map

There’s still so much we need to learn, and so much speculation still needs to be about the map. We know Leonida is a Florida parody like it will contain other states. Still, we also know that Florida borders other conditions, such as Georgia and Alabama.

Is it going to include other parts of the southeastern United States? Will the map be an island like GTA 5, surrounded by water on all sides, or will it be like Red Dead Redemption 2, where you have landed on all sides?

If any map was going to be an island, Florida would primarily make the most sense since it’s surrounded by water on three out of four of its borders. Still, Rockstar will go in a different direction after what we’ve seen in Red Dead Redemption 2. We know it will be more significant than the Red Dead Redemption 2 map. It is more critical than the GTA 5 map and anything before it, like Vice City San Andreas and Grand Theft Auto 4.

Thanks to the new processing power of the consoles and the fact that game worlds can be made so much bigger now than they could back then, that is where we are right now. This is one of the most exciting things from the leaked trailer. We are putting the map together before Rockstar reveals anything official.

And I’ll leave this question for you guys out of everything we’ve seen so far, where is the first place you will go when gta 6 map size officially gets here? Let me know what you think about those comments down below.
