The game will include a system of fences where users can sell collected or stolen items such as cars and art fences in the game car fence, as mentioned under Collectibles and Art fences, which are both mentioned in the events list. However, whether they will be called fences in the game is still determined.
Purchasable businesses likely linked to money laundering mechanics are expected to offer players new investment and income generation forms. Robberies continue to be a central element of the game.
Vehicle Discovery
Now, with more refined and detailed mechanics, the Discovery system will allow players to find and customize vehicles uniquely. In the leaks, Jason rides a Matsu Sanchez, which is in the bottom right corner, and says that the player has found a new livery for it,
Hacking
Hacking will be an essential part of the game with specific equipment and possibly linked to the female hacker protagonist. Lucia carries a tracker Jammer immobilizer bypass USB drive autodialer, which could indicate Tom Henderson’s old leak about the female hacker protagonist.
Command your partner during robberies
The game’s Behavior system will be based on pragmatic or chaotic and romantic or chaotic actions influencing how the game unfolds.

In one of the videos with Jason at the gas stop, Jason and Lucia are shown to have picked up some things. When it’s revealed that both picked up the same amount of food (4 sodas and 2 x wines each), they shared half of each consumable four sodas and two wines.
Unlocking Doors/Gates
This new system of unlocking doors and Gates suggests infiltration missions and the need for specific skills or tools to access restricted areas, adding a layer of Challenge and strategy to gameplay.
In one of the videos with Jason in the San Andreas hood, where he sneaks in front of the red truck, you can see a door from an import Warehouse building, in which, in its debug text, you can see written: door panel locked, same as the garage door. Also, you can see a gate where it’s written; door unlocked.
Improved the A.I. system
In GTA 6, we see a significant leap in artificial intelligence for enemies and common NPCs. The A.I. improvements promise a more realistic and challenging experience. Where game characters react in more complex and authentic ways, from enemies adjusting their combat strategies to NPCs exhibiting more natural social behaviours, every aspect of the game has to create a more alive and convincing virtual world.
In addition to new interactions, such as the ability to surrender during a robbery, buying gum from gumball machines, and even details like the hair and beard growth system add realism and immersion to the game.
Here are some specific examples of these improvements in the A.I. system
1. Improved Enemy A.I.
In one of the videos, the enemy AI shoots Lucia as she turns around with her back to him. Also, in the leaks, the police A.I. adjusts his stance depending on the height of the object in front of him. He lowers his position when he reloads his weapon, and he continues to shoot at Lucia while moving left and right. In other videos like the Hanks Waffles robbery, the police A.I. raises their guns over higher objects like cars.
2. Improved NPC Behavior.
One observed example is that A.I. no longer walks around as a single pedestrian but actually travels and Converse in groups.
This was done in Red Dead Redemption 2. In the video, you can see Lucia with a duffel bag on a sidewalk in South Beach. Three men in tourist attire walk past her while talking to each other. A man also enters the nightclub as Lucia exits the establishment.
Usually, in past GTA games, we enter and exit places without seeing anyone doing the same as us. NPCs are generally at the locations or set on a strict track outside a site.
Also, in the video, you can see NPCs standing and drinking near a bar in South Beach, and Jason is aiming his rifle out of his car window on the tennis court.You can see what appears to be some NPCs sitting on the ground in another video. You can see him sitting and smoking with his animation referenced as site ground score smoke.
3. Improved partner Ai and player reactions.
It looks as if Lucia isn’t following Jason and Dre in the nightclub video. The A.I. in this case seems smart enough to know where to go without having another controllable character as the primary location to track. It seems like there is one video where The locomotion team is testing this mechanic. In the first video mentioned here, Lucia automatically turns around when something shoots her. She and Jason also play a specific damage enemy animation when something shoots them.
You can now surrender to the police during a robbery – Lucia can tell Jason to submit to the police,
You can buy gumballs from gumball machines.
Your character’s clothes can become dirty – suggested by one video with Jason, in which you can see his dirty clothes.
The hair and facial hair systems
Various versions of Jason are visible in the leaks. Sometimes he has long hair, sometimes short, stubble, and sometimes clean-shaven; the integrals of the growth, especially with his beard, suggest a hair growth system like Red Dead Redemption 2 or, at the very least, a deeper Barber system than the percentage that allows for greater fine-tuning.
In the leaks, Lucia appears to be wearing makeup. Also, she seems to have a different hair colour in one of the clips. She also has straight hair compared to her regular curly bonded to a ponytail hairstyle.
Eating and drinking from your inventory
When Jason is at the gas station, you can see one wine, soda, and fruit added to the list on the top left side of the screen, meaning you can eat or drink from your inventory any time, like in Red Dead Redemption 2 and GTA Online (snacks).
Smoking
During the test bed clip of the developers testing animations with Jason, you can see the left side of the weapon wheel, an icon that seems to be a cigarette, indicating that you can smoke.
