QBCore Chat
The qbcore chat system comes with a variety of channels by default, including “Local” (for talking to nearby players), “Global” (for talking to everyone on the server), and “Dispatch” (for talking to emergency services such as police and ambulance). The /channel command, followed by the channel name, allows players to swap between channels.
In addition to channels, the qbcore chat system also includes chat commands, which let users use text-based commands to carry out different tasks or access server capabilities. For instance, you can use the /me command to say something like, “John Doe waves hello,” or you can use the /ooc command to act in a way that isn’t true to who you are (i.e. not as your character).
Last but not least, the qbcore chat system supports custom formatting of chat messages, enabling the addition of colour, bold text, or other aesthetic effects. This can make chat messages easier to read and assist distinguish between different kinds of messages (such as in-character versus out-of-character messages)
